Halavel-S6 Ointment is a combination of two medicines Halobetasol and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Halobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of prostaglandins that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Halobetasol into the skin.

 Usage Of Halavel-S6:

Halavel-S6 Ointment is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. Halavel-S6 Ointment should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only.

Side Effects Of Halavel-S6:

 The common side effects of this medicine include thinning of the skin, dry skin, burning, irritation, itchiness, and redness at the application site. If it persist or worsen consult your doctor.

Directions for use:

• Apply Halavel S6 Ointment to the infected area only.
• Avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth.
