Halotop Lotion contains halobetasol is a group of medicine called Corticosteroids . It helps to relive eczema , dermatitis , psoriasis rash . Halobetasol also relives redness , itching , swelling and other discomfort caused by certain ski conditions.

Side Effects :

Most side effects are not serious burning , irritation , itching , redness at the site of application .
